IHHA INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Effective June 1 to November 30, 2009

Everyone is feeling the effects of the economy and we are asking all IHHA members to help us stimulate business and bring in more group parties. We will take the extra steps necessary to make sure that groups who come to the track have an enjoyable evening and want to comeback; however we need your help getting them here! We are asking that you reach out to your peers and colleagues and lead them to the Racetrack for a group party, fundraiser or special event.

Our Goals for this Incentive Program are:

• Increase public awareness of Balmoral Park and Maywood Park
• Increase Business
• On-going Relationships with Referred Groups

For every group party* you refer you will receive:

• $1.00 per person as a paid commission or
   
• $2.00 per person in Balmoral Bucks or Maywood Money

(Balmoral Bucks or Maywood Money can be redeemed for food, drinks or merchandise at the track or save them up for a party of your own!)

In addition to the above, the total number of guests will be tracked by the Group Sales Department and the three people with the highest total guest counts will receive the following prizes:

• 1st Prize (min 500 total guest count) Weekend Stay to be announced!
• 2nd Prize (min 375 total guest count) 4 tickets to a Chicago Sporting Event
• 3rd Prize (min 250 total guest count)
• 4 tickets to Zanies Comedy Club

*A group party consists of 20 or more guests. Incentive applies to NEW groups only - groups that have booked previously with Balmoral or Maywood will not be counted. Groups receiving a discounted package price will not be counted.
