        CONGRATULATIONS to 23-year-old Jordan Knicley of Newton, Illinois who drove Randall Denham’s Tinkers Damn to a new lifetime mark of 1:54.2 in a Mid-Western Amateur Association non-wagering race Sunday at Balmoral Park. The victory was the seven-year-old daughter of Big Tom’s fifth of the year and Jordan’s second straight with her. Jordan also won an amateur race with the Mike Knicley trainee at the Newton Fair on June 29.
