IHHA Complaint Box

The IHHA has always considered the welfare of its membership as one of its primary concerns.  “Your” IHHA is here to serve/ promote the interests of its horsemen (owners, drivers, trainers, breeders), not only through legislative efforts, but also to assist its members in addressing overall issues within the proper forum.  With this intent the IHHA has decided to implement a complaint box format for its members via e-mail.  This forum is for legitimate issues only; such as, concerns over stewards rulings; detention times, scratches; fines; IHHA insurance problems, legislative concerns, etc..  In order for the IHHA to properly address these issues with the parties involved be they the Racetracks, IRB, or  Dept. of Ag., etc.

• Your complaint needs to have details of the specific incident you are reporting: time, date, place, track, race #, horse(s), person(s) involved, etc..
• Also, your contact information: Name, Address, City, St.; Home Phone or Cell.
