In order to maintain your Insurance, you must provide the IHHA with a copy of your groom’s license and drivers, trainers and assistant trainers must be a member of the IHHA!!

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO INSURANCE PARTICIPANTS:

REMINDER: If you are a Groom with insurance, you must submit a copy of your Groom’s license once a year, by June, or your coverage will be terminated. All others with insurance please remember that you must be a member of the IHHA each year by June, or your coverage will be terminated.

Provider directories date quickly.
The UniCare provider directories available now are nearly one year old. There are two better ways to obtain the most current, up-to-date information about whether a health provider is in your network, or to locate a network health care provider in your area. First, call UniCare at 800/333-3304 . Their customer service representatives will be happy to verify or locate doctors for you, using the most up-to-date list. Or, for those with internet access, go to www. Unicare.com. Using easy-to-follow pull down menus, you can verify if a doctor is in the network or locate a network doctor in your area. Remember that you will need to select your network. Unicare plan participants are assigned to one of many networks that Unicare utilizes. To identify the name of your network, look on the green and white health card that you received. The name of your network is in the upper right hand corner on the front of the card, opposite the Unicare logo.

Quarterly payments.
IHHA has received inquiries regarding quarterly payments for insurance. A quarterly payment option is available, and is a more convenient way to pay for health insurance, saving the need to make a monthly trip to the IHHA field office. Quarterly payments may be made in March, June, September, and December. The IHHA insurance field representative has the quarterly rates.
