Illinois Racing Board License Needed For State Fairs

Reminder: The Springfield and Du Quoin State Fairs will have pari-mutual wagering, meaning, you will need to be licensed with the Illinois Racing Board in order to race. They will be in the Springfield racing office to get everyone up to date during the following days and times.
